I will complete a physical inspection of the property in order to describe the current condition of the property. The average inspection takes between 2-3 hours (on-site), but can vary based on things such as the age and condition of the property being inspected.
I recommend that my clients attend the inspection in order to ask questions about the inspection process and discuss the findings. Property maintenance expectations can be covered at this time as well. Normally, you will receive your written inspection report within one (1) business day.
